Multi-Saw 1600 for Stone Block Cutting
PROMASZ PW5TK1600 multi-saw is an advanced device for precise cutting of large stone blocks up to 3500x1800x650 mm (for Ø1600 disc). It significantly increases productivity with the ability to simultaneously install up to five discs separated by spacer rings. Equipped with a 55 kW motor with inverter, it provides electronic acceleration, braking and infinitely variable speed control of the disc. The drive is precisely transmitted to the spindle via a belt transmission. The solid structure of the multi-saw is a steel frame with a guide on which the slide with spindle and discs moves. Working and setting movements are controlled by inverters, which guarantees smooth starting, braking and motor protection. The machine offers infinitely adjustable parameters for starting, braking and feed speed in the transverse axis, enabling “wall-to-wall” stone cutting.

Installation Requirements
- Power supply cable: 5×16 mm2 flexible copper cable
- Network protection before the machine: 3 x 100 A
- Grounding: Before start-up, all fixed metal parts should be connected with a grounding strip of min 120 mm2 to the PE of the electrical installation.
- Utilities: Electricity, water, and compressed air should be supplied to the foundations from the control cabinet side (left).
- Main Switch: It is the responsibility of the saw purchaser to install a 63 A main switch in an enclosure on the wall, in an accessible location.
